１．利用規約の範囲
ユーザーの皆様はONEMAKE(ワンメイク) の利用に関して適用される、以下の利用規約を承認するものとします。この利用規約の他、ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) からリンクされた他サイト、利用する個別サービスの利用規約（本利用規約では網羅できない、個別サービス特有の規約）が存在する場合は、その利用規約に従ってください。
２．禁止行為
皆様にONEMAKE(ワンメイク) を有益に楽しんでいただくため、ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) では以下の行為が禁止されています。
・法令に違反する行為、および違法な行為を勧誘または助長する行為
・サーバーに負担をかける行為、および他のユーザーのアクセスまたは操作を妨害する行為
・ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) の運営またはネットワーク・システムを妨害する行為
・他人の名誉、信用、プライバシー権、パブリシティ権、著作権、その他の権利を侵害する行為
・他のユーザーに対する中傷、脅迫、いやがらせ、その他経済的もしくは精神的損害または不利益を与える行為
・民族・人種・性別・年齢等による差別につながる表現の掲載
・暴力的、グロテスクな写真、死体・殺害現場等、その他一般の方が不快に感ずるイメージ（画像）、言葉、その他の表現の掲載
・露出度の高いヌード写真(モザイク、ぼかしを入れた写真、下着姿等も含む)、胸や臀部等のアップや性器が露出した写真等、卑猥と判断される画像の掲載。イラストや絵画等もこれに含みます。
・性行為や性器に該当する言葉、猥褻的な表現の掲載
・児童買春・ポルノ、無修正ビデオ映像のダウンロードサイト等へのリンク掲載
・自殺、自傷行為を美化・誘発・助長する恐れのある言葉、その他の表現の掲載
・性交および猥褻な行為を目的とした出会い等を誘導する行為
・選挙の事前運動、選挙運動またはこれらに類似する行為、および公職選挙法に抵触する行為
・商業用の広告、宣伝を目的としたプロフィール内容その他コンテンツ、スパムメール、チェーンメール、MLM、その他勧誘を目的とするコンテンツをアップロードしたり掲示したり、メッセージ機能などの方法で送信（発信）する行為。特に、アダルトサイトやマルチ、ねずみ講への勧誘は固く禁止します。
・自分以外の人物を名乗ったり、代表権や代理権がないにもかかわらず会社などの組織を名乗ったり、または他の人物や組織と提携、協力関係にあると偽ったりする行為。故意過失に基づき誤認した場合も含みます。
・他のユーザーの個人情報を収集・蓄積する行為
・ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 内のサービスに関わる記載について、無断でそのコピー、複製、アップロード、掲示、伝送、配布等をする行為
・一人のユーザーが複数のアカウントを持つ行為
・その他公序良俗、一般常識に反する行為
・上記に準ずる行為
以上の行為が確認された場合、状況を判断した上で掲載情報の変更、登録削除を含めたしかるべき処置をとります。規約違反に関する事前・事後のご連絡は全てご登録メールアドレス宛に送信させていただきます。ユーザー様のご事情により運営事務局からのメールを確認できなかった場合も、規約に則った対応をさせていただきますので予めご了承ください。なお、削除結果に関する質問・苦情は一切受け付けておりません。
判断の難しいケースに関しては、複数のスタッフにより運営基準と照らし合わせてその都度判断させていたきます。その場合、ユーザーの皆様から寄せられる通報に対して迅速な対応ができない場合がございます。
３．ユーザーの皆様からの情報について
以下のいずれかにあてはまる場合には、当社はユーザーの皆様が登録した情報、利用履歴、メールの内容などの確認を行い、場合によってはこれらの情報を第三者に開示することがあります。
・裁判所、警察、その他の司法もしくは行政機関、またはこれらに準ずる者から法律に基づく照会があった場合
・ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) またはそのシステムの維持に問題が生じる場合
・法令または当社が定める規約に違反し、その他社会通念上問題があると判断された場合
・当社、他のユーザー、またはその他の第三者の権利、または利益を保護するため必要な場合
４．免責事項
１．ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) では、基本的にユーザー同士の通信や活動に関与しません。万一ユーザー同士の衝突があった場合も、悪質行為と判断される場合を除き、それは当事者同士で解決するものとし、当社ではその責任を負わないものとします。
２．ユーザーの皆様は、ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) での自らの行為において責任を負います。投稿等が法令違反や著作権等の権利侵害にあたる場合には、損害賠償などの民事責任の他、刑事責任を問われることがあります。
法律またはユーザー利用規約の条項のいずれかにあなた、または他のユーザーが従わない場合には、あなたが当社に対して有する権利、主張、法的措置、訴訟、訴訟手続きの全てから当社を免除し、放免するものとします。
３．プロフィール、日記などでの写真の掲載はユーザー様ご自身の責任でおこなっていただきます。具体的には、著作権、肖像権など法令上の義務に従っているか、またデータの保存、複製利用などの可能性についてもご自身の責任でおこなっていただくことになります。
４．当社は、ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) のサービスをいつでも任意の理由で中断することができます。当社は、ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 利用、または利用ができないことによって引き起こされた（直接的、間接的を問わず）損害について、一切責任を負いません。
５．皆様の同意、法的手続き
１．ユーザーの皆様は、ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) を利用することにより、この利用規約すべての記載内容について、同意されたものとみなされます。またこの利用規約は当社の判断で任意に変更されます。将来引き続きご利用になる場合は、その時点での内容に同意されているとみなされます。
２ ．この利用規約の準拠法は日本法とします。また、ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) またはこの規約に関連して当社と皆様の間で生じた紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審専属管轄裁判所とします。
ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 有料サービス提供方針
第 1 条 本方針について
本方針はONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 利用規約の一部です。ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 有料サービスを利用される方(以下“有料会員”)は、これを遵守する義務を負います。ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 有料サービスの利用を検討される会員は、あらかじめ利用規約本文と併せて本方針を熟読して下さい。なお、本方針とONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 利用規約とで矛盾しまたは相反する部分がある場合、ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 利用規約に特に明記されない限り、本方針の規定を優先して適用することとします。
第 2 条 有料サービスの内容
有料サービスを利用することを希望する会員は、事前にONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 内でのみ通用する仮想通貨(以下“ポイント ”)を購入していただくことになります。会員は有料サービスを利用する対価として、ご購入いただいたポイント と引き換えに一定期間有料サービスをご利用いただけます。
1 プレゼントサービス
プレゼントサービスとは、ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 内において、会員が他の会員にプレゼントとしてアイコンを贈ることができるサービスです。
ONEMAKE(ワンメイク) 内のモールにて、事前にご購入いただいたポイント と引き換えにプレゼントサービスをご利用いただけます。
第 3 条 ポイント の購入
有料サービスの利用を希望する会員は、別途弊社が指定する10pt = 日本円100円をまとめて購入することにより、購入したポイント と引き換えに有料サービスを利用することができます。ポイント
を購入するには、ポイント 購入の意思表示をしていただいた上、弊社が指定する決済手段の中から支払方法を選択し、選択された支払方法による決済の承認等有料サービス利用のための手続きを経ることが必要です。会員はポイント
を購入する際に、ポイント を使用する会員IDを指定しなければならず、指定した会員ID以外の会員IDで購入したポイント を使用することはできません。
第 4 条 ポイント の有効期間、譲渡禁止、失効
1 ポイント は、他の会員その他第三者に譲渡することができません。
2 ポイント を現金に交換することはできません。
3 ポイント の有効期間は、会員がポイント を購入した日から始まり、会員がポイント の料金の
支払を承諾した日または有料サービスの最終利用日の遅い方から１年経過した日までとします。
なお、会員資格を失った際は、会員資格を失った時点までとします。また、ポイント 未使用分は、
退会・除名等により会員資格を失ったときと同時に失効するものとします。
第 5 条 ポイント の使用
会員は、有料サービスを利用する際、当該有料サービスにおいて弊社が提示する有料サービスの利用に必要なポイント の額を確認し、当該必要額に相当する自己保有のポイント の額を使用することを承諾することにより、当該有料サービスを利用できるものとします。なお、ポイント の使用承諾により、会員保有のポイント の額が有料サービスの利用に必要なポイント の額に応じて減少するものとします。ポイント の使用は、会員本人に限られ、会員によるポイント の使用の際に、弊社により、会員本人による使用であるかどうかを確認することがあり、これを会員は承諾するものとします。弊社がポイント の不正使用等、不適切な使用であると判断した場合、弊社は、必要に応じて、当該会員のポイント の使用停止、当該会員保有のポイント の減少・失効等の措置を行うことができ、会員はこれに承諾するものとします。

7.Our company can interrupt the service of ONEMAKE (one make-up) for always arbitrary reasons. Our company doesn't assume the responsibility of the damage caused because it uses or ONEMAKE (one make-up) cannot be used (Regardless of an immediate, indirect target) at all.
8.Agreement and legal procedure of everybody1.It is considered that users were agreed by using ONEMAKE (one make-up) about this content of the description all the agreement for uses. ONEMAKE (one make-up) pay service offer policy
Article 1 About this policy
This policy is a part of ONEMAKE (one make-up) agreement for use. The person (henceforth 'Dues-paying member') who uses ONEMAKE (one make-up) pay service owes the obligation to observe this. The member who examines the use of ONEMAKE (one make-up) pay service must peruse this policy along with the agreement for use text beforehand. It is assumed that regulations of this policy are given priority and applied as long as not especially described clearly in ONEMAKE (one make-up) agreement for use when there is a part that contradicts by this policy and ONEMAKE (one make-up) agreement for uses or conflicts.
Article 2 Content of pay service

Article 3 Purchase of point
The member who hopes for the use of the pay service can use the pay service in exchange for the point bought by buying it bringing 10pt = Japan yen 100 yen that our company separately specifies together. Membership: We will refund your virtual point fee in full at any time if you are dissatisfied.
Repayment method:
